Most patients are satisfied with their dentist. Yet it may happen that you feel you have been incorrectly informed or treated. It is important to discuss this with your dentist.

<\/strong>Conversation<\/strong><\/p>

A conversation with your dentist can often provide clarity. You can express your dissatisfaction and your dentist will have the opportunity to explain the how and why of the treatment and the course of events. Usually a conversation is sufficient and a solution is reached together.

Second opinion<\/strong><\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Sometimes trust is still not sufficiently restored afterwards. You then have the option to ask another dentist for a second opinion. The opinion of a dentist not involved in the conflict can confirm your own view, nuance it, or provide an entirely new insight. Perhaps this second opinion will prompt you or your dentist to reconsider your position.

Complaints procedure<\/strong><\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

We try to find a solution together with you. If this unfortunately does not succeed, it is good to know that you can make use of the ANT<\/a> or KNMT<\/a> complaints procedure to which we are affiliated.

The ANT or KNMT complaints mediator can help you resolve your complaint by advising you and, if necessary, mediating between you and your dentist. If, despite the help of the complaints mediator, you still cannot resolve the matter, you can appeal to the Dental Care Disputes Committee for \u20ac75. Your complaint will then be assessed by a committee of five experts.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
