House rules
It is not permitted to cause any disturbance, use violence (verbally and/or physically), or threaten or sexually intimidate anyone.
We do not tolerate inappropriate behaviour. Anyone who violates the rules will be addressed about their behaviour. In case of violations, the treatment agreement may be terminated and you may be removed from our patient registry.
In the event of threats or theft, we will report this to the police.
Mobile phone use is not allowed in the waiting room to prevent disturbance to others.
Pets are not allowed inside the practice. The only exception is assistance dogs.
Appointments
You will only be treated by appointment.
Cancelling an appointment is possible up to 48 hours before the scheduled time. If the appointment is not cancelled or not cancelled in time, we are obliged to charge you for the reserved time.
In cases of repeatedly missing appointments, we reserve the right to remove you from our patient registry.
If your email address is known to us, we will send you an email in the week prior to your appointment. No rights can be derived from this reminder. If you do not receive a reminder, this does **not** mean your appointment has been cancelled.
Treatment Room
During treatment, one accompanying person may come inside. This is to maintain a calm environment and prevent interference with the work.
Payments
Billing is handled through the factoring company Infomedics.

Responsibilities
As a patient, you are responsible for providing correct information regarding your insurance, address, and telephone number to our practitioners.
It is also very important that you provide correct and truthful information about your medical health, as this may affect your treatment and your oral health.
